You've tried everything...

To make yourself better.

Buying another planner won’t fix this problem. Affirmations can’t make the gnawing feelings of doubt and insecurity dissipate. You can’t “achieve” your way out of this by setting new goals. Detoxing from social media, sugar, and caffeine or exercising more isn’t the answer. Self-care only goes so far if you don’t address the roots of the problem. It’s time to get to work.

Women’s Perfectionist Workshop

Next group begins Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 6:30pm

women's perfectionist workshop

As a perfectionist you’re a high achiever, smart, reliable and thoughtful. You and others have high expectations for you.

And frankly, it’s exhausting. Because behind the achievement and the responsibility, you’re running on empty. You’re feeling burned out, which leaves you feeling anxious, frustrated, and self-critical. Your perfectionism is calling the shots and it’s become overwhelming. Letting this build up causes problems in your relationships, your productivity, your confidence and your overall wellness.

Work as a group

Work as a group

For high achievers like you, it’s hard to share about your insecurities and show your less-than-perfect sides to others.

You’re not alone. In this workshop you’ll get to experience the camaraderie, support, and compassion from other women who know exactly how you feel. You can show up as your authentic self, explore dormant parts of yourself, and harness perfectionism so it works for you, instead of controlling you. No one can do it alone, and it’s exhausting to try. It’s time to try a new way to grow with others who are going through the same thing.

You either walk inside your story and own it, or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.

Your Facilitator

Tina Kocol

With all the supports for high achieving perfectionist women out there, why choose this workshop? It’s because I designed this workshop using research about perfectionism and the needs I kept hearing my perfectionist clients, friends, and colleagues say they needed to figure out. I’m a certified group psychotherapist, international facilitator and trainer, and author of The Perfectionism Journal. My years of experience facilitating groups will help you get the most out of the experience, and I genuinely care about helping women to transition out of perfectionism ruts.

Invest in yourself.

$499 for the workshop.

$199 deposit holds your spot.

Being a perfectionist isn’t a bad thing. It means you have high expectations for yourself and the world around you because you can see the abundance of potential in everything. This group will allow you to embrace the benefits of perfectionism while avoiding the pitfalls, and give you some breathing room to experience yourself and your life without the limitations that your perfectionism has created. It will help you challenge the notion that you have to constantly keep achieving. Be part of a group of women who know what it’s like to have the same struggles, because doing it together is the best way forward.

You are worthy without the hustle.

 Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

  • No. While I (Tina) am a licensed therapist, this is a non-clinical , psychoeducational workshop. That means while you may get therapeutic benefit from participating, I am not your therapist. As a workshop facilitator, my job is to provide and teach the information about perfectionism and facilitate a discussion for the group to help them benefit from and apply that knowledge.

While I am not your therapist, I would be happy to provide referrals of therapists to you if you decide to seek one out as a result of attending the group to continue to work on your perfectionism.

One last thing: While this isn’t therapy, I expect that any workshop participant follows the guideline of confidentiality. Workshops are most effective when all members feel safe to discuss and share their own experiences and I encourage all members of the workshop to keep the details and stories that others have shared in the group (Vegas Rule - What happens here, stays here).

  • All meetings will be held via zoom or google meet. Links will be provided once you are registered.

  • Life happens, or you had previous plans you can’t rearrange. No worries! It’s important to make sure you can attend the first and last group, and it’s hard to have good group dynamics if you’re going to miss more than two consecutive groups. If possible, let me know in advance if you will need to miss a week.

If you miss a session, I recommend following along in the workbook and coming to the next session with the workbook section for the current week completed.

Since the cost of the workshop is for the entire experience, I’m not able to prorate the cost if you’re planning to miss a group.
